The market is bustling with opportunities this week. Keep an eye out and don’t hesitate to apply if something catches your interest. Stay motivated and good luck with the applications!

I’ve snagged two remote LO interviews this month by putting a 45-second video intro and a line about my “call back in under 5 minutes” rule at the top of the resume — speed sells. One caveat: a lot of these “remote” roles still want Southern state coverage or occasional branch days, so double-check your NMLS state licenses and comp structure before jumping; the pipeline doesn’t care that you’re in pajamas.

Applied within 30 minutes of ‘real-time’ posts; added one realtor quote — more callbacks. Some Southern roles still prefer local ties.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌

Quick win for me: I pin ‘NMLS #, licensed: TX/FL/GA | 24‑hr prequal turn’ in the resume header and mirror it in the email subject — callbacks jumped. @benjamin64 is right on responsiveness, small caveat: some listings want you licensed in a few Southern states before they’ll talk, so update those in NMLS first.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌

Added a Calendly link in my resume header labeled “book a 10‑min prequal,” and remote recruiters schedule me while skimming — a ‘book now’ button for interviews: https://calendly.com/ethan-turner/prequal. Small caveat: note your time zone and LOS/CRM stack (Encompass, Blend) right there too, or @n_greene88’s speed advantage can get lost in back‑and‑forth.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‍‌‌

I add a 30‑sec Loom intro; remote teams reply faster. https://www.loom.com Many Southern banks prefer local coffees, though.
