Looking forward to another week of valuable exchanges. Keep up the great work, and stay connected.

I’ve shaved a day off by setting our LOS to auto-run a VOE refresh 48 hours before docs and to cascade vendors — Argyle first, then The Work Number if it fails. That’s reduced those ‘small extensions’ during renewals when files bump into month-end. Not perfect though; if the employer isn’t on a supported payroll, we still go manual.

Quick tip: we added a ‘stale income’ flag so the LOS only triggers a VOI when the last paystub on file is >30 days or there’s a big variance, which cut duplicate pulls and fees. We also shift the refresh window to 72 hours on small extensions so weekends don’t force an extra VOE — those surprise expirations drive me nuts. @Guide your cascade idea is solid; just watch employer name mismatches between Argyle and TWN or it’ll skip the fallback.

We debounced our VOE/VOI triggers in the LOS — only fires after 10 minutes of no edits or at “Docs Out” — and saw accidental repulls drop about 40%; small caveat: keep a manual override in case HR updates land mid-day. @d_morris99 have you tried a cooldown window like that?
