My CRM called me out today

Doing a quick portfolio scrub at 8:15 a.m., I tagged 19 loans over 6.75% as refi-watch and my CRM instantly popped “Overdue: promised callback 5/12” on the one borrower I was about to brag about nurturing. Nothing like pipeline hygiene to keep you humble — what’s the most savage CRM nudge you’ve gotten while optimizing the book?

Same, that “Overdue: promised callback 5/12” slap is why I run an 8:10 a.m. saved view: >6.75% + last touch >21 days, sorted by next-funding window, and I force two dials before 9. Minor caveat: I mute all other CRM pings and pipe the refi-watch list to Slack so it stays loud enough to act without turning into noise.

I gave my CRM a petty rule: if a contact is tagged refi-watch and there’s no “next touch date,” it won’t let me mark the call complete — forces a follow-up before I can move on. It’s a bouncer for my task list. @claire_m58 do you gate it off rate only or add LTV/DTI thresholds too?
